Then and Now in Casco Viejo

One of the reasons I am obsessive about capturing my two small gems with my camera is that they are no longer so small. They are growing by leaps and bounds and as such, I like to mark their lives so I can remember more easily when they were still those two small gems. 

 Here we are in Casco Viejo in 2018 in front of our hotel and again in 2022, when we passed by the same hotel as we strolled through quiet streets of the old city. The pandemic caused a significant decrease in pedestrians but we enjoyed the peace and quiet. And I was grateful to have the opportunity to for a then and now photo opt.
