Hawaiian Mud Bath

 


Amara loves to cover herself in mud. No matter where we go, if there is mud, she will paint herself with it (see https://twosmallgems.blogspot.com/2020/11/the-canyons-red-rocks-of-sedona.html for her in Sedona).  Being on the Big Island, with earth made from the rich lava was no exception. As we found ourselves exploring local beaches there were sea turtles, enticing waves and sand and lava rock to rest and read upon. None of those was as attractive as the mud!
