Trick or Treat

The Kitty and The Ladybug on Halloween Night.
Halloween was experienced in three stages this year.
First was the Ellerhorst Trunk or Treat and Haunted Hallways (that latter which was way too scary for the girls), the weekend before Halloween.
Then there was a the classroom party.
And last but not least was Halloween Night.
While I felt let down by trick or treating in an area where there were not as many decorated houses as our usual Halloween stomping grounds, the girls had a good time especially when we met up with friends.

Trunk or Treating. Cars lined up behind Amara's school and the kids got to get candy. All the car trunks were decked out for the event.

When Amara was a tiny tot, Don began an annual ritual of yearly pumpkin carving and seed roasting. Havana is the backround watching, not quite ready to join in.

Time to trick or treat.
