Pumpkin Mountain

Just the other day, we made our annual trek to (what I call,) Pumpkin Mountain at Monterery Market. Each Fall, we make out way to Pumpkin Mountain so the girls can climb up to the ginormous pumpkin that sits grandly at the top. This year the girls were able to climb more confidently than their younger selves. More than once I heard the girls tell each other, "This is so much fun." 

One of the greatest gifts of having children is learning to appreciate the simple things in life and realizing that simple things, like pumpkins, can bring some of the greatest pleasures.
