Don's Apricot Jam

The apricot and plum trees in our yard have been bursting. for the past couple of weeks. There are so many that we didn't know what to do with them. Ever resourceful Don decided to make apricot jam (with a hint of plum.)

Don had never made jam before but he took the time to research how to go about doing so. And so when the girls and I came home late one morning we were greeted with the smell of fresh sweet jam fresh off the stove. And it was delicious!
