Vegan Chocolate Moose Pie

After the recent bee sting incident (Amara stepped in a yellow jacket nest and came away with at least 16 stings on her eyes, legs, stomach), I thought making a yummy, tofu, chocolate moose pie would help in the healing process. Yes, tofu. Yes, yummy. This extremely simply pie has fooled even the meanest teasers of tofu and vegetarians.

Havana was a bit skeptical at first but went on to eat a lot of pie! I will include the few simple steps below.

1 lb Silken Tofu Firm
16 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Blend tofu in blender. Set aside.
Melt chips on low heat.
Pour melted chocolate into blender.
Blend tofu and chocolate.
Pour mixture into pie crust (I bought a ready made graham cracker).
Set in fridge for 2 hours minimum for pie to harden and chill.

Serve with your beverage of choice.

In-Joy!
